Possibility of bid submission in a different currency
When applying, bidders can choose a currency different from the one stated for the procedure. For the purposes of bids evaluation, the prices provided in other currencies will be converted based on the official currency rate of the Russian Central Bank as of the date of publication of a call for bids.

Payment terms:The payment for the Equipment is carried out by the Buyer not earlier than 30 (thirty) and not later than 45 (forty-five) calendar days from the date of final acceptance of the Equipment by the Buyer (Consignee) in accordance with the invoice received from the Supplier for payment, consignment note / UPD and invoice issued in accordance with the requirements of the current Russian legislation. In case of provision of services / works related to installation supervision, commissioning, etc., payments for services rendered / works performed are carried out by the Buyer in the following order: 100% of the cost of services / works no later than 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing the Act of Delivery and Acceptance of services rendered / works performed. In case of advance payment, a mandatory condition is to provide a bank guarantee of repayment of the advance payment for a period exceeding 60 days from the date of delivery of the equipment. This condition must be confirmed in the Technical and Commercial Proposal provided.
Delivery terms:DDP 353560, Russia, Krasnodar Territory, Slavyansky district, Mayevskoye village, Mayevsky village, Northern Territory, z/y 1 LLC "PromKapStroy" Supplier's expenses for the delivery of Equipment should be included in the cost of Equipment.
