Comments:
1. The price should include delivery to the object in St. Petersburg.
2. All products must be accompanied by the following list of supporting documentation:
- Certificates and certificates indicated in the note to each position.
- Certificate of Conformity TR TS (Technical Regulation of the Customs Union - for products manufactured outside the Russian Federation).
- Quality certificate for a batch (drum) with confirmation of compliance with the Technical conditions.
- Fire safety certificate
3. The proposed products must comply with the specifications specified in the description of the procurement items. Minimum lengths are agreed with the Buyer upon shipment
4. The request to ask all questions on the procedure using the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).
5. Participants of this procedure MUST attach the Applicant's Questionnaire and documents according to the questionnaire simultaneously with the submission of the proposal and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial proposal signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the organization-participant of this procedure, to their proposals in electronic form, to the participants of this procedure. In case a participant fails to comply with this requirement bidding organizer has the right not to consider such participant's proposal.
Proposals validity period - 30 days at least.
6. The supplier of the products must be the manufacturer, or the official dealer of the manufacturer, or the distributor (the participant provides the supporting documents at the same time as the offer).
7. The cost of production should be unchanged for the entire delivery period (written confirmation).

Note: Note, this RFP is not a notice of tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447 - 449, Part I, and Articles 1057 - 1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the proposals received for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.

GSI SNEMA LLC reserves the right not to inform the tender participants of its results with the exception of the winner, to cancel the tender or its results, and also to exclude any of the tender participants without giving a reason. Submission of a technical and commercial proposal implies acceptance of the tender conditions.
