Payment terms:The Customer pays for the Work on a monthly non-cash basis by transferring funds to the Contractor's current account within 7 (Seven) business days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Certificate of Completed Works for the reporting month, based on the invoice issued to the Customer.
Delivery terms:The work is carried out monthly in the following terms:
- the initial term is from the date of signing the contract;
- the deadline is 12/31/2024;

Comments:
This request procedure is not a tender and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
This procedure is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061, Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
Thus, this request procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Customer.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
