Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:the payment under the contract shall be made by transfer of funds to the account of the Contractor, within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing of the Act by the employer of the work performed. The date of payment is the date of acceptance of the payment order for execution of the customer's Bank. Under the agreement the parties may change the order of payment.
Delivery terms:in the list of systems of ventilation, subject to verification of the effectiveness of the work (annex 1 hereto) and Bill of quantities (annex 2 to this Agreement). Work performance term-treaty 40 calendar days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
