Analogues of this lot are not considering.

1. Participant must be a user registered at B2B-Cordiant Trade and Procurement system at http://www.b2b-cordiant.ru in accordance with the established procedure, and have the rights of the Participant of the System.
2. All prices in the proposal should include all taxes and other obligatory payments, the cost of all related services, as well as all of the discounts offered by the provider.
3. This procedure is not a tender or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The buyer may cancel the purchase at any time from the date of its announcement, including after the deadline for bids receipt, incurring no liability.
4. If the provider accepts the bid, it agrees in case of declaring the winner to conclude the contract on delivery of the model form of JSC «Kordiant» without disagreements and to deliver on the terms specified in the announcement of the purchase.
