Comments: Participants have the opportunity to submit two applications: Prepaid and Postpay. Supply contract concluded between a supplier and subcontractor Ltd. "Construction Company MIS". This RFP procedure does not constitute an offer, an invitation to make offers, acceptance of offer or an invitation to participate in the bidding, and is not subject to Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Bidding organizer has the right to hold the second stage (re-bidding) in case the results of the first stage are not satisfactory.
