The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

If within the last 15 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 15 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

For the first contract of construction and installation work, an advance of 10%,

Attached to the procurement documentation is a standard statement of work volumes in the forma_1000_organica for a reference set of works (not to be filled in)

Mandatory conditions:
1. The standard tariffier TS Perekrestok (the maximum cost of works and materials per unit of measurement) is provided for bidding.
2. Provide a reduction coefficient from the initial cost of the X5 tariff. Apply the same percentage of reduction to all positions (work+materials).The prices of the rejected suppliers are indicated in the tariffier.
In the case of new bidding with suppliers, the tariff may change to a greater or lesser extent, which the Customer will notify in a timely manner.
3. The deadline for the implementation of the RSR: Organic (new stores) - no more than 45 calendar days; Reconstruction (overhaul of the supermarket with redevelopment)– no more than 38 calendar days.
4. Advance payment for the first object (for new Contractors) is 10%. The following objects are 30%.
5. The counterparty is selected at the lowest cost at the TC of the Development of the Crossroads Vehicle. A framework agreement is concluded with the number of objects.
6. If the counterparty violates the terms and quality of work, the Customer has the right to terminate the contract.
7. The number of objects and the address program can be changed at the initiative of the customer.
8. When performing four ORG and RCR objects in 2023, starting from August 2023, an additional 10 objects are issued for 2024. The attachment of the volume of 2024 will be carried out based on the results of the quality of the implementation of objects in 2023.
9. It is possible to participate in an unlimited number of purchases in the Moscow region and the Moscow region.

* the cost of non-standard items relative to the tariffier is assessed by the Customer's SDS with confirmation of the cost by waybills, conjuncture analysis.

Requirements for the Contractor for installation work:
1. The term of registration of an organization as a legal entity, as well as the term of its tax registration, must be at least 1 year.
2. The amount of the insurance sum of the Contractor's SRO for repair and construction works or reconstruction on leased and acquired areas, existing retail facilities, or the purchased object must be at least 60 million rubles.
3. The contractor must have relevant experience in the implementation of objects in Retail.
4. The average annual volume of work performed by the RSR, SMR for the last 2 (two) years (or for the full year worked, if the company was registered less than 2 years ago) must be at least the insurance amount of SRO for repair and construction works or reconstruction on leased and acquired areas, existing retail facilities, or the purchased object must be at least 60 million rubles.
5. The contractor must have in his staff the average number of certified and certified personnel necessary to perform the work, who have the appropriate permits and permits for complex and dangerous types of work.
6. Construction machinery, equipment and mechanisms are available to the Contractor in the necessary and sufficient quantity, which will allow the Contractor to perform the full range of necessary work at the facilities of X5 Retail Group.
7. The Contractor's own fixed assets (buildings, production workshops, machines, mechanisms, etc.) are not under arrest, subject to preliminary purchase and sale agreements, leases with the right of redemption, barter. The pledge of property is not an obstacle to participation in the tender, but other things being equal, the Contractor with fixed assets free from encumbrances will receive the advantage.
8. The indicator of CA (net assets) for the last full reporting year, as well as for the interim reporting period of the current year, which corresponds to the quarter, half-year, nine months, should be positive.
9. The Contractor has no overdue debts for the payment of taxes and fees.
10. The contractor undertakes not to have overdue debts for the payment of taxes and fees at the time of conclusion of contracts.
11. It is necessary to fill out the questionnaires attached to the procurement documentation.
