Payment terms:
Advance payment is not provided. Payment deferral of 60 days from delivery and provision of the original copies of accounting documents (tax invoice, TORG-12 consignment note) and copies of quality certificates.
Delivery terms:
Products are shipped for the entire duration of the offer, according to the applications. Estimated supply of 2 barrels (216.5 liters) per week. The cost of the material is fixed until the end of 2019. Address of delivery of goods, works or services: Perm (pickup within the city of Perm is possible). Delivery time within 2 business days from the date of signing the specification.
All shipping costs, packaging and other costs shall be included into the products cost.
The supplied products shall be new.

Comments: Supply of materials from September to December 2019. During the procurement process, volumes can be adjusted.
1. Please, submit any questions concerning the bidding procedure via e-marketplace functionality ("Request for Clarifications").
2. Prior to the opening of the envelopes, participants of this procedure MUST attach the Applicant's Questionnaire and documents according to the list simultaneously with the submission of the proposal and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial proposal (indicating delivery dates), signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the participating organization, to their proposals in electronic form this procedure. In case a participant fails to comply with this requirement bidding organizer has the right not to consider such participant's proposal.
The validity of the offer of suppliers is until the end of 2019.
3. Supplier shall be either product manufacturer, or official dealer of the manufacturer or a distributor (participant shall provide the confirming documents together with the commercial proposal).
4. Products cost shall be fixed for the entire delivery period (written confirmation).
