| Payment terms: | Upon delivery of services, after the parties sign the Act of Delivery and Acceptance of Services rendered and the Customer receives the original invoice and invoice for payment from the Contractor within the following time frame:
(a) For SME entities, within 30 (thirty) calendar days;
b) Non-SME organizations within 45 (forty-five) calendar days. |
