Ranking of bids

Before submitting an application for participation, please carefully read the procurement documentation. Comments on the task:
1.Geo: Localities of the presence of "Magnet"/ "Dixie"
2. The maximum possible budget of the channel is specified, it is not final and can be redistributed between channels.
3. The commission amount for the type of placement from the assignment is fixed for the entire period of placement, regardless of the final budget for the channel / type of placement
4. Placement period from 1.01.2023 to 31.12.2023
5. *The approximate need of the Customer in 2023 is indicated for the types of accommodation, in fact, the need can be either higher than specified or lower, while the need is limited within the total budget amount:
- strategy development;
- development of creative concepts;
- preparation of non-standard analytical reports at the request of the customer;
- SEO services throughout the year;
- Digital Dashboard: development and support for one year;
- writing reviews, monitoring reviews;
- analytical reports.
The contract with the winner will fix the cost of the service for 1 hour of work in rubles. without VAT, the price will be calculated according to the formula: The sum of the "Final budget" for each service, divided by the number of hours indicated in the column "Purchase type /Purchase KPI" = the cost of services for 1 hour in rubles. without VAT

Submission of price offers only in ruble currency. Participation is free of charge EDS is not required. The bidder may repeatedly improve his price offer until the end of the submission of applications. Only one legal entity may participate in the tender procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. Otherwise, it is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for the withdrawal of all affiliated participants from the competition.
