Comments: LLC Albazino Resources, part of the Polymetal holding company, asks you to consider the possibility of carrying out a range of work on the project: "Solar power plant with a capacity of 25 kW at a site in the village of Oglongi." Technical re-equipment of the fuel and lubricants warehouse facility No. 2 in Oglongi provides for the installation of a 25 kW solar power station to cover the daily electricity consumption by the warehouse.
Scope of work:
1.1. Development of RD based on the initial data (Appendix No. 7 to the statement of work) and coordination of a set of documentation with the Customer;
1.2. Development of documentation for technical re-equipment (hereinafter referred to as accident) of the facility with the passage of industrial safety expertise (hereinafter referred to as EPB);
1.3. The completion and delivery of goods and materials to the place of work;
1.4. Implementation of construction and installation works, in accordance with the developed RD in full;
1.5. Commissioning with a pre-developed program
NDP;
1.6. Developing a training program and conducting training for the Customer’s personnel in the safe operation and maintenance of the facility and equipment.

Terms of service:
1. Development and coordination of taxiways, preparation of road accidents, passage of safety measures: 06/01/2020 - 08/27/2020;
2. Complete set and delivery of equipment and goods and materials: 06/22/2020-10.09.2020;
3. Installation works: 07.20.2020-08.10.2020;
4. Commissioning work: 09.10.2020-20.10.2020.
The procedure for providing materials, machines and mechanisms:
The customer does not provide goods and materials for work.
The purchase and delivery of all goods and materials to the place of production of work necessary for the performance of work according to the RD is the responsibility of the Contractor. Delivery of goods and materials must be completed before the start of work and ensure that the work is carried out in full.
The list of necessary equipment is determined by the Contractor independently, on the basis of the developed working documentation and the technological solutions adopted in it.
Detailed information on the requirements is indicated in Section 2 of the ToR.
Key requirements for contractor personnel:
1. The number of personnel and the composition of the teams is formed by the Contractor independently, depending on the type of work performed, taking into account the provision of work in accordance with the Schedule (Appendix No. 2 to the statement of work);
2. Mandatory availability of health and safety documentation (certifications, electrical safety certificates, permits);
3. The presence of certified Contractor Engineering is mandatory;
4. The mode of work is determined by the internal Order of the Contractor taking into account the requirements for the performance of work by the Customer.
Detailed information on the requirements is indicated in Section 3 of the ToR.
Accommodation, meals, delivery of personnel to the construction and installation site:
1. Accommodation, meals for personnel on the site - are made at the expense of the Contractor;
2. The customer can assist in providing meals, accommodation at tariffs in accordance with Appendix No. 9 to the statement of work;
3. For meals and accommodation, the Customer issues an invoice monthly, upon the fact of the stay, and the Contractor compensates the Customer for expenses;
4. The Contractor independently and at its own expense provides its personnel with vehicles for movement around the territory of the Customer’s enterprise.
Requirements for the presence of permits for the contractor:
In accordance with the requirements of the Town Planning Code of the Russian Federation, the provision of an extract from the Register of members of the SRO-S and SRO-P is mandatory with the admission of work at hazardous production facilities (the facility is a general educational organization).
Health and Safety Requirements:
1. The presence of SU FROM;
2. Availability of the HSE system.
Requirements for the production of construction and installation works are set out in paragraph 1.9 of the Terms of Reference.
In his CP, the Contractor must additionally provide the following data:
1. The area required for the installation of the SES of the declared capacity (for the possibility of preparing the construction site by the Customer);
2. Composition and characteristics of auxiliary buildings and structures;
3. The composition and characteristics of the proposed equipment, its quantity, warranty periods.
