| Payment terms: | Payment under the Agreement will be made in the following order: Payment under the Agreement will be made in the following order: 100% of the contract price – within 60 calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the final act of acceptance of the work performed under the agreement in the form of Appendix No. 6 to the Agreement, subject to the provision to the Buyer of the documents provided for in clause 6.5 of the Agreement and signing by the Parties of the act of delivery and acceptance of installation and commissioning works (in the form according to Annex No. 5 to the Contract) and the acceptance certificate of transfer of design documentation in the form specified in Annex No. 8 to the contract. |
