Auto-extension

Payment terms:
the cost should include all direct and indirect costs that may be incurred by the performer of the execution of works and provision of services to the customer.
Participants must provide the request for proposals as part of its commercial offer payment terms and deadlines.

For violation of the terms of performance of the obligation, the customer has the right to demand from the executor of the payment of a penalty. Artist pays the customer a penalty in the form of a fine for each day of delay in the amount of 0.5% of the fixed cost of phases.
The executor is obliged to pay to the customer at the specified Customer details forfeit (fines) not later than 5 (five) banking days from the date of receipt of the written claim of the customer.
The contractor shall indemnify the customer against any losses arising from the failure and/or improper performance of contractor services.
In the case of three violations of the executor of the timing, not the fault of the customer, the customer has the right to terminate the contract with the performer with the ability to claim all damages, related to the early termination of the contract due to the fault of the executor.
Delivery terms:

Comments: Party request for proposals must provide:
1. Commercial proposal indicating:
1.1. detailed estimates for each stage split works;
1.2. technical support options;
1.3. preliminary project schedule;
1.4. design concept for example 2-3 screens.
2. Information on the qualifications of staff developers/designers/analysts-selected team;
3. Profile-company information.
4. The participant's portfolio, reflecting his experience of rendering of services and relevant projects, with an indication of contact persons and data for the connection.
5. Consent to the processing and transfer of your personal data (to be completed by the head of the party, passport copy of which is available as part of an offer).
6. Advisory/letters from customers (if available).
For legal entities:
7. Certificate of State registration;
8. Certificate of registration with the tax authority;
9. Decision (Protocol) on the establishment, Foundation Agreement (if any);
10. In the current edition of the Charter and all changes thereto (if any);
11. Document confirming the authority of the head of the party;
12. Passport of the leader of the party;
13. Document confirming the authority of the person who signed the application for participation;
14. Information about the average number of employees for the previous calendar year (CPV form 1110018) with a copy of the notification of delivery reports;
15. Notice on the application of a party to the simplified system of taxation (if applicable).
For individual entrepreneurs:
16. Certificate of registration of an individual entrepreneur in the unified State Register of individual entrepreneurs;
17. Certificate of tax registration;
18. Documents proving the identity of the party.
Documents in terms of their design and content must conform to the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.
Documents, including the texts of seals in foreign languages must be presented to the Russian sealed (if available) and signed by the Party or by his authorized representative.
Documents are provided in the copies certified by signature and stamp (if available).
The customer reserves the right to ask the Participant contracts, specifications, acceptance certificates and other documents confirming the party's experience works and services equivalent to the subject of the request for proposals.
This procedure the request for proposals is not a competition, it is not governed by articles 447-449 of part one of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This RFP procedure is not a public tender and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part 2, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer.
