Documents required for participation in the tender:

Supplier Requirements:
1. Work in 2018-2019 with network cafes and restaurants on the development of mobile versions of sites, confirmed by acts of work, as a weighty argument in favor of a potential performer.
2. At least 3 reviews on cooperation on the development of a mobile version of the site
3. Work experience of at least 3 years
4. Availability of resources:
• Copy of an office lease agreement of at least 60 m2 in Moscow
• A copy of the staffing list of at least 10 employees
• The presence of at least 2 ux designers
• The presence of at least 2 ui-designers
• The presence of at least 2 front-end developers
• Availability of at least 2 back developers
• Availability of at least 2 testers
• The presence of at least 2 project managers
• The presence of at least 2 SEO specialists
• The presence of at least 2 content managers
5. Prices are presented in rubles including VAT
6. Deadline for fixing prices for the provision of services - until the project is completed
To conclude the contract, the following documents shall be submitted:
1. Articles of association and memorandum of association (copies)
2. State registration certificate (copy)
3. Certificate of entry in the USRLE, issued by a tax office (INN and OGRN) (copy)
4. Extract from the USRLE issued by a tax office not earlier than 30 calendar days before its submission (copy)
5. Protocol of the general meeting of participants (shareholders) of the counterparty or the decision of the sole participant (shareholder) of the counterparty on the appointment of the director of the counterparty (with a signature sample.) Copy
6. Accounting statements form 1 and 2 for the last closed year Copy
7. Valid office lease agreement (with payment orders first and last under this agreement) Scan.

These tenders are an internal procedure for the selection of a contractor, supplier, contractor and should not be considered as tenders in the sense of the requirements of Articles 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and the Federal Law "On Protection of Competition". Thus, this bidding procedure does not impose on the organizer of bidding, the customer, the corresponding amount of civil law obligations, including the mandatory conclusion of an agreement with the winner of the bidding or its other participant.
By submitting documents and information to the auction organizer, the applicant confirms his compliance with the qualification requirements established for the relevant auction, expresses his intention to participate in the auction, agrees with the rules and conditions of the auction.
