Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:the customer makes payment to the Contractor upon completion of a separate phase not later than 15 (fifteen) banking days after signing acceptance certificate of executed works, information on the cost of work performed and costs and provide invoices. Mandatory experience designing similar objects in industrial enterprises (high-voltage equipment, facilities, etc.).
The participant shall submit the following certified documents:
- extract from the register of members of the CPO at the date of filing of the application to participate in the selection.
The participant must provide information on the following major logistical resources:
- the necessary equipment and materials for holding data works
Participant shall provide information on staff resources for the execution of works.
The participant must provide a list of similar projects with contact details of customers.
