1. Application of JSC "EPM-NEZ", Novocherkassk
2. Description of the project
2.1. CPOiP is intended for the technological operation of impregnation of electrode blanks with coal-tar pitch GOST 10200-83 and is carried out to give electrodes and nipples the required operational properties, as well as for re-firing of electrode blanks.
2.2. At the moment, steam from the central boiler room is used as a heat carrier for the heating system.
2.3. Based on the design results, the following results should be obtained:
- the use of steam heating should be completely excluded;
- the heating circuit of the central heating plant must be modernized to be connected to the centralized heating system from the boiler house of EPM-NEZ JSC.
- the technology of waste gas heat recovery from re-firing furnaces was introduced.
3. The purpose of the work
3.1. To develop design and estimate documentation for the transfer of the existing heating system of the pitch impregnation and re-firing shop (CPOiP) from steam heating to heating using hot water from the central boiler house of EPM-NEZ JSC.
3.1.1. Develop a system for recovering waste gas heat after re-firing furnaces for:
a) heating the industrial premises of the workshop with hot air (lit. B-B1-2).
b) heating network water from the central boiler room for heating the premises:
lit. В-В1-11 room with containers for foam concentrate;
lit. В-В3 administrative building with TP-57;
lit. В-В5 premises of a repair center;
lit. В-Е room for the vacuum system of the pitch impregnation department;
lit. V-K compressor room for nitrogen supply
3.2. Provide heat metering units with the possibility of remote reading.
3.3 The temperature in the premises must comply with the current SNIPs.

5. Heat recovery.
5.1. When carrying out a project for the utilization of waste gas heat, take into account:
- after two re-firing furnaces, an afterburner was installed (a total of four furnaces and two afterburners are in operation).
Characteristics of flue gases after 2 combustion chambers:
- speed 9.6-12.7 m / s
- volume 12,000 -13,000 m3 / h
- temperature 298-428 оС
- thrust 40 mm. water Art.
6. Heating system.
- for calculations, use the floor plan of the ABK and the plan of the technological premises of the Central Production and Training Center (drawing TS 010.12347)
- temperature of direct supply water 70-80 oC, 5.5 atm
- return water temperature 55-65 оС, 4 atm
7. Terms of work.
The terms for the performance of work are negotiated by the Parties additionally when concluding the contract.
8. Requirements for the composition of design and estimate documentation:
8.1 Design documentation in terms of composition, volume and quality must meet the interests of the Customer and is developed in accordance with the current building codes and regulations, the norms of technological design of the Russian Federation
8.2 Explanatory note (PZ);
8.3 Information about engineering equipment, networks of engineering and technical support, a list of engineering and technical measures, the content of technological solutions (ITS) with subsections and verification calculations:
8.4 Technological solutions for the selection of equipment with the provision of questionnaires;
8.5 Construction estimate
8.6 The Contractor submits a set of design documentation in triplicate on paper, one in dwg format (for drawings) and DOC (for documentation) on electronic media.
8.7 Design work is considered completed in full after the Parties have signed the Act on the acceptance of design and estimate documentation.
9. Requirements for the Contractor
9.1. The contractor must have the necessary production and human resources to carry out this work, be a member of a self-regulatory organization (SRO).
9.2. To clarify the conditions for the performance of work, familiarization with the object, it is desirable for the representatives of the Contractor to arrive at the Customer.
9.3 The Contractor in his commercial offer indicates the procedure for payment for work and other conditions.
Comments: The participant who took part in the procedure (made an offer), before the deadline for accepting applications, must upload the following documents to the system:
1. Charter (with all additions and changes, if any).

3. Tax registration certificate.
