This request for proposal has been transmitted in accordance with the rules of organizer of the successful bidder the tender within the framework of the implementation of the procedures for requesting bids, which (as by a tender) does not constitute an offer, auction or competition and it is not governed by art. 447-449 CIVIL CODE, as well as the competition is not public and not governed by art. 1057-1065 CIVIL CODE.
2. The offer shall fully comply with the requirements/criteria set out in the technical specifications.
3. Without providing all of the documents in the query (or in the case of inadmissibility) Organization for the tender will not be tolerated.
