Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
The term for the provision of services in accordance with the statement of work. Advance payment is not provided for. Payment for the services rendered is made by the Customer no earlier than 30, but no later than 60 calendar days from the date of receipt by the Contractor of the Customer documents for payment and documents confirming the performance by the Contractor of obligations (subject to compliance with the requirements for their execution established by the current legislation of the Russian Federation and the contract).
The response to the request should unambiguously determine the price of a unit of work (service) with the application of a price structure with breakdowns by articles - payroll, travel expenses, work and production services performed by third parties.
We inform you that sending a technical and commercial proposal and providing you with a calculation of the cost of work (services) does not impose any additional obligations on the Parties.

This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.

Documentation relating to this call for bids is available in e-form free of charge at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru) starting from the date the call for bids is published.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
