Payment terms:The cost of the Products includes delivery to the Buyer's warehouse. Payment for the Products is made by the Buyer by transferring funds by payment order to the account of the Supplier for each batch within 45 (Forty five) calendar days from the date of receipt from the Supplier of the Products and a full set of documents: UPD, invoice, invoice, consignment note, copies of certificates quality or technical data sheets. In this case, the application of the conditions of article 317.1 is excluded. Of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
