Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is lower than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be reduced.

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension

Mandatory conditions for the spacecraft:
1. Payment terms - The Buyer makes an advance payment for the Goods 5 (five) calendar days before the delivery date (sampling) set by the Sampling Schedule, or 5 (five) calendar days before the date specified in the Notification sent by the Seller in accordance with clause 2.2 of the Contract.
2. Guarantee - according to the contract of sale of recyclable materials, upon the exchange of the originals of the contract.
3. Loading and removal - by KA forces.
4. Transport data must be sent no later than 1 day before the planned date of shipment of the vehicle. The data is being checked, and if it is provided incorrectly and untimely, there is a risk of transport downtime.

Submission of price offers only in RUBLES.

The bidder can repeatedly improve his price offer until the end of the submission of applications.

Only one legal entity can participate in the tender procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. Otherwise, it is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for removing all affiliated participants from the competition.
