Reinforcement of the offer is required. The commercial offer must comply with the terms of reference and contain the following information:
- Name, location (for a legal entity), surname, first name, patronymic, place of residence (for an individual), bank details of the Participant;
- Price per volume (2000 kg) with price per kg: the price should be indicated in Russian rubles (specify with VAT and without VAT);
- Time of export (according to TK);
- Payment terms
- Data on business reputation, experience of working with RUSAGRO group, readiness to provide a full set of documents of financial and tax reporting;
- Date of preparation and validity period of the commercial offer (expiration of the validity period not earlier than 1 month from the date of issuance);
- Acceptable amount of penalties in case of violation of the term of execution of obligations on export
- The offer must be signed by an authorized person.
