Thus, this request for proposals procedure does not impose on the customer an appropriate amount of civil legal obligations.
Procurement procedures of JSC "VEROFARM" are not regulated by the provisions of the Federal Law No. 223-FZ of July 18, 2011 "On Procurement of Goods, Works, Services by Certain Types of Legal Entities", as well as the provisions of the Federal Law of 5 April 2013 No. N 44-FZ "On the contract system in the field of procurement of goods, works, services for the provision of state and municipal needs".
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
