2. To enter into a contract with the Customer, you will need to provide the Participant Company (after receiving a separate request from the Customer):
- the completed counterparty card;
- statutory and accounting documents for the conclusion of the contract (the list is sent by the Customer separately).
The participating company is obliged to provide the requested documents within 7 working days from the date of receipt of the request by e-mail. If the Participating Company does not submit a set of documents within the specified period, the Customer reserves the right not to further consider the offer of this Company.
