Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Earlier, JSC Tander placed several tenders for the assessment of the cost of services, taking into account the introduction of the Tax Clause into the cleaning contract.
For contracts with the winners of this competition, this document WILL NOT be used.
All the terms of cooperation can be found in the tender documentation and the attached contract.
Mandatory conditions:
1. Attach documents confirming the experience of providing cleaning services
2. To conclude an agreement with the Customer, the Participating Company will need to provide (after receiving a separate request from the Customer):
- a completed counterparty card;
- statutory and accounting documents for the conclusion of the contract (the list is sent by the Customer separately).
The participating company is obliged to provide the requested documents within 7 working days from the date of receipt of the request by e-mail. In the event that the Participating Company fails to provide a package of documents within the specified period, the Customer reserves the right not to further consider the proposal of this Company.
Payment terms - 100% postpay, deferred payment 25 calendar days
CA's consent to sign the standard form of the contract (in the attachment)
For new companies - at least 1 year of experience in providing daily cleaning services
It is required to indicate the exact date of the commencement of the provision of services, after the announcement of the winner (number of days)
The commercial proposal must be accompanied by a list of documents confirming work experience in the field of cleaning services
EDS is not required.
Only one legal entity can take part in the tender procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. Otherwise, it is considered as restriction of competition and is the basis for the withdrawal from the competition of all affiliated participants.
