Payment terms:The amount of the target advance from the cost of the upcoming stage of work is not more than: 30% (if necessary, a target advance for the amount of more than 12 million rubles. (including VAT), it is mandatory to provide a bank guarantee for the return of the advance payment). In case of failure to provide a bank guarantee, the work must be performed without providing an advance.
Settlements under the Contract are made by the Customer by transferring funds to the Contractor/Contractor's account on the first working Tuesday or Thursday (whichever comes first) after 30-60 calendar days from the date of signing by both parties of the UPD, or the Act of works performed, rendered services (Form №N-A4), provided timely provision of an invoice. The term of payment under the contract is determined by the participant independently from the specified range and is established in the Contract concluded with him (the preferred value of the payment term is 60 calendar days).

ВАЖНАЯ ИНФОРМАЦИЯ!:Договоры с Участниками - победителями тендера будут заключены в соответствии с проектом договора, предоставленного Заказчиком в составе тендерной документации.
ВАЖНАЯ ИНФОРМАЦИЯ!!:В связи с участившимися случаями необоснованного отказа от поданного коммерческого предложения / от заключения договора, принято решение об изменении правил включения Участников закупочных процедур в стоп-лист ПАО «Татнефть». В случае первого необоснованного отказа – включение в стоп-лист сроком на 6 месяцев, в случае повторного отказа – на постоянной основе.
ВАЖНАЯ ИНФОРМАЦИЯ!!!:В случае отсутствия справки ФНС по форме КНД 1120101, данный документ возможно предоставить в течение 3-х рабочих дней после завершения процедуры. С 14.01.2019 в тендерных процедурах, где организатором является ПАО «Татнефть» (Центр закупок) продление сроков завершения тендера НЕ предусмотрено! В связи с чем, необходимо заблаговременно подать свое предложение. Лот будет разыгран без проведения редукциона и переторжек. Выбор победителя будет осуществляться на основании единственного предложения. Извещение о результатах процедуры будет доступно во вкладке "Файлы, загруженные организатором" после подведения итогов.
