2) All the prices in the proposal shall include all taxes and other mandatory payments, the cost of all associated services, as well as any discounts offered by the supplier.
3) This procedure is not a tender or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The buyer may cancel the purchase at any time from the date of its announcement, including after the deadline for bids receipt, incurring no liability.
4) If the supplier participates in the bidding, it means that it agrees in case of declaring it the winner to conclude a supply contract according to the standard form of OJSC "Cordiant" without a protocol of disagreements and to supply the goods on the conditions specified in the procurement notice.
5) It is obligatory to attach a commercial offer with the indication of the delivery time.
6) The choice of the winner is made for each item separately (on-premise purchase) on the basis of the minimum prices, with the minimal difference in the price positional, but significant difference in the lot value, - a lot purchase is possible.
7) If the winner for any reason refuses to deliver a certain position at the price offered at the tender, the buyer has the right to order this position from the supplier who submitted the bid for the second cheapest offer for this position.
