Auto-extension

Payment terms:
Deferred payment of 45 days from the date of delivery to the Consignee's warehouse.

Delivery to the Buyer's warehouse (Yaroslavl, ul. Sovetskaya, 81) shall be at the Supplier's expense (a mandatory provision).
Comments: 1) Participant must be a user registered at B2B-Cordiant Trade and Procurement system at http://www.b2b-cordiant.ru in accordance with the established procedure, and have the rights of the Participant of the System.
2) All the prices in the proposal shall include all taxes and other mandatory payments, the cost of all associated services, as well as any discounts offered by the supplier.
3) This procedure is not a tender or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The buyer may cancel the purchase at any time from the date of its announcement, including after the deadline for bids receipt, incurring no liability.
4) By participating in the bidding Supplier agrees, if awarded the contract, to conclude a standard supply agreement of AO Cordiant without a protocol of disagreements and carry out the delivery subject to the conditions specified in purchase announcement.
5) Please, submit your Commercial proposal with specification of supply conditions and delivery terms
6) The winner shall be selected for each item separately (per-item purchase) based on the minimum prices offered, in case the difference in prices for items is minimal, but the difference in the price of the whole lot is significant, lot purchase is possible.
7) In case the winner refuses, for any reason, to supply a certain item at the price stated in the bid, the Buyer has the right to order that item from the supplier who offered the second cheapest bid for that item.
