Payment terms:The Customer pays for the work by transferring funds by payment orders to the Contractor's settlement account within 120 (one hundred and twenty) calendar days from the date of signing by the parties of the act of acceptance of completed works, the unified form of OS-3 acts, calculations, invoices of the Contractor for the amount of work performed.

Comments:
MANDATORY ACCEPTANCE OF THE CONTRACT AS AMENDED BY THE CUSTOMER.

1. The Contractor undertakes to fill out Appendix No. 1 of this specification in the form of a technical and commercial proposal. The total cost of repair of PE BN includes spare and component parts + works and services.
2. Subcontracting of third-party enterprises is allowed only by written agreement with the Customer for the transfer of equipment to the subcontract.
3. The Contractor's positive experience of cooperation with Tatburneft Management Company LLC is welcome.
4. The Customer has the right to adjust the cost of the contract in the direction of reducing / increasing the volume of work performed.
5. According to the results of the auction, the Contractor must agree with the Customer on planned calculations, calculations of the cost of repairs with transcripts of cost items.
6. For additional work, specify the cost.
7. Additional requirements and the number of repaired equipment are specified in the Terms of Reference for this specification.

This price request procedure is not a competition procedure. The Organizer has the right to refuse all received offers for any reason or to terminate the procedure for requesting prices at any time, without incurring any responsibility to Suppliers!!!

The application of the commercial offer on the letterhead is mandatory.
