Payment terms:

Payment for the work under this Contract can be made by the Customer by handing over the bills to the Contractor. The transfer of bills is carried out by the act of acceptance. From the moment the bill is transferred, the customer is deemed to have fulfilled his obligation to pay the work.
3. Payment for the performed works, made by the customer within 30 (thirty) banking days after the signing of the acts on the performance of works
Delivery terms:
1) The period of performance of Works is 1 month (from the moment of signing the contract).
4. Certification of ITR and performers on industrial safety of hazardous production facilities.
5. The warranty period is 12 months.
6. The contractor is obliged to do the work on his own. The attraction of third parties is allowed only with the prior written permission of the Customer.
