Documents to be uploaded:

1) The submitted application for participation must be accompanied by an Offer with attachments in accordance with the established model and contain key information on the goods / services offered for delivery, terms and conditions of delivery / provision of services, payment terms, and guarantee conditions.
2) Please carefully read the standard version of the contract. The Member is entitled to propose a protocol differences that must be provided in the membership offer. Otherwise, the Participant shall be deemed to have agreed with the suggested wording.
3) The offer shall be accompanied with quality certificates or passports (for the products subject to certification or conditioning). In the case of the provision of services, the Offer is supplemented by documents confirming the possibility of providing these services (SRO, certificates, passports, etc.).

GENERAL INFORMATION:

This RFP procedure does not constitute a tender and is not subject to Articles 447-449 of the Part I of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
This procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
