Payment terms:
Settlements for completed and accepted Work under the Work Order (taking into account the Agreement on ensuring the fulfillment of Obligations) within 7 working days from the date of signing by the Customer of the Act of Delivery and Acceptance of completed Work signed and sent by the Contractor (form KS-2) on the basis of the invoice issued by the Contractor. The invoice is issued by the Contractor on time and in accordance with the requirements of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation.
Settlements under the Contract are made by transferring funds to the Contractor's settlement account specified in the Contract, and may also have a different form of settlement that does not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.
