Обоснование: 1. Признать заявку ООО "Уральский экспертный центр" соответствующей требованиям документации запроса предложений в электронной форме.
2. Признать процедуру запроса предложений в электронной форме ремонт тупиковых упоров не состоявшейся.
3. Заключить с ООО "Уральский экспертный центр" Договор на ремонт тупиковых упоров в соответствии с требованиями, установленными документацией запроса предложений в электронной форме, по цене Договора 448 000,00 (Четыреста сорок восемь тысяч) рублей 00 копеек (НДС не облагается). НДС не исчислен в связи с применением упрощенной системы налогообложения.
