-to confirm the existence of an extract from the register of SRO members with the right to perform works in the field of construction, reconstruction, capital repairs of capital construction facilities of equipment of the chemical and oil refining industry;
–confirm the availability of certified managers and specialists in the following areas: A.1, B.1.3, B.1,14, B.1.15, B.1.17, B.1.19, B.8.22, B.8.23, B.8,26, B.9.31, b.8.21;
-confirm the presence of personnel trained in carrying out high-risk work (fire);
-confirm the presence of personnel trained to carry out high-risk work (work at height);
-confirm the presence of personnel trained to carry out high-risk work (gas hazardous);
-to confirm the availability of (own or leased) certified NMK laboratories by types of control: rengencontrol, CDS, VIC, ultrasound control, as well as equipment, tools, certificates, certificates of verification for the devices used necessary to perform the entire range of work (confirmed by certificates)
-confirm the availability of NAKS certificates for welding work from the staff;
-confirm the availability of certified welding technologies, certified welding equipment, welding (surfacing) materials;
-confirm the availability of PPE for employees;
-confirm the availability of equipment with tools, including small-scale mechanization tools;
-confirm the presence of scaffolding;
-confirm the presence of lifting mechanisms;
-to confirm the existence of work experience in similar types of work at chemical industry enterprises;
