Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Note

1. Order and conditions of payment-in accordance with the terms specified in the description (name) of lots.
Provision of bank guarantee in advance from 10 000 000 rub.
The guarantee amount is 5% of the contract value, paid to the general contractor after 1 year after the act of acceptance of the executed works. This condition is included in the contract if the amount of the contract equals or exceeds 10 000 000 rub.

2. The warranty period for the performed works is not less than 3 years. Calculated from the moment of delivery of the object to the warranty operation

3. The period of production of works-no more than 120 calendar days, subject to 24 hours operation of the facility, without interruption of operational activities.
The order and schedule of work should be coordinated with the customer.
