Payment terms:Prepayment under the Contract is not provided. Settlements between the Parties to the Agreement are made in Russian Rubles within 30 calendar days from the date of signing by the Customer of the UPD or the Act of Services Rendered/Work Performed, based on the Contractor's invoices, which are transferred to the Customer simultaneously with the UPD or the Act of Services Rendered/Work Performed.

The Customer will fairly consider the Company as a possible Contractor. When making such a decision, the Customer will take into account, among other things, (1) the Company's ability to continuously supply Equipment and spare parts for it, the Company's ability to continuously provide Services; (2) current financial conditions and future financial viability of the Company; (3) availability of the Company's necessary resources, licenses and certificates.
The Company understands and agrees that the choice of a Seller for the Customer depends on a number of factors determined at the sole discretion of the Customer, there is no guarantee or assurance that the Company will eventually be selected as a Seller. This Assignment is not an offer or an offer to make an offer, and also does not involve concluding a transaction by holding an auction or tender in accordance with the procedure provided for in Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The Customer has the right to withdraw this Assignment at any time without explanation and without any obligation. The Customer is not obliged to accept Offers with a minimum cost and reserves the right to choose one or more finalist Bidders. The Customer does not reimburse any expenses that the Bidders may have incurred during the preparation of the response to this Task.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
1. Общие требования к Компаниям-участникам:1. Оборудование должно быть оригинальным, ввезенным на территорию РФ через официальные каналы дистрибуторов.
2. Гарантия на Оборудование – 2 года с даты поставки. Наличие сервисных центров для приема Оборудования по гарантийным обращениям в г. Москва. Дополнительные сервисные центры для городов РФ будут рассматриваться опционально (как преимущество).
3. Компания должна иметь все разрешительные документы для организации Поставок, включая и не ограничиваясь, лицензией на распространение шифровальных средств, а также предоставлять по запросу консультации по оформлению и контролю исполнения разрешительных писем с регуляторами.
4. Все используемые программные и технические компоненты должны находиться в реестре российского ПО.
5. Уровень защиты персональных данных должен отвечать требованиям ФЗ-№152.
6. Компания гарантирует конфиденциальность и целостность информации Заказчика, включая ее беспрепятственный забор по требованию Заказчика.
7. Принятие условий Рамочного договора на выполнение Работ и оказание Услуг (Приложение №2), включая Дополнения к нему: Соглашение о регулировании налоговых рисков (Дополнение №1), Обработка персональных данных (Дополнение №2), Заверение об обстоятельствах (Дополнение №3).
8. Проведение итоговой оценки работ на месте – г. Москва, Красная Пресня, 31

3. Презентацию о Компании.
4. Официальное письмо на бланке Компании о соответствии Общим требованиям к Компаниям-участникам (Раздел 1 данного Задания) и готовности принять Обязательные условия Договора по форме ООО «Система ПБО».
