Restriction on submission of a bid higher than previously submitted
Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing the total lot price from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment is made by the Buyer subject to receipt of a proper payment bill from the Supplier. The buyer shall pay 100% of the cost of services (work) within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery of the Goods (work, service) and the Parties signing the Acceptance Act, transfer (Act of Service, Work) or other document confirming the delivery (performance of services, work).
Delivery terms:You must fill in the KP Template Complete list of cities in TK. RIM installation within 3 days of receipt of print layouts. The cost is fixed on each object. Warranty for the duration of accommodation.

You must set in the KP Price Pattern, only in the area/cities of presence.
Please note that this request is not a notification of a competition (public competition) or public offer and is not regulated by Article 447 — 449 h. 1 of the Russian Civil Code, Article 1057 — 1061 h. 2 GK RF. Thus, the procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to waive all Proposals received for any cause or terminate the selection process at any time without bearing any responsibility

This procedure is carried out electronically at the B2B-Center Group's ETP (www.b2b-center.ru). Participant proposals are submitted in the form of an electronic document.
