Payment terms:Payment for the Goods under this Agreement is made by the Buyer by transferring an advance payment to the Supplier's current account in the amount of 40% within 5 (five) banking days from the date of signing the relevant specification, the remaining amount within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of arrival of the Goods in full to the object.
Delivery terms:Shipment of goods is carried out by the Supplier, at the expense of the Supplier.
Simultaneously with the transfer of the goods, the Supplier transfers to the Buyer the necessary certificates of the manufacturer and the quality certificate for each batch of goods. In the event that the manufacturer, the manufacturer establishes an extended warranty for the delivered goods, the Supplier broadcasts it to the Buyer.
