parameters of the essential terms of the contract: 1. The subject of the contract is the maintenance and repair of printing and copiers copiers PJSC "KLA". 2. The term service delivery/performance of the works: 12 (twelve) months from the date of conclusion of the contract. 3. Обоснование: 1. На основании п.3.11.13 Документация процедура запроса предложений признана несостоявшейся ввиду отсутствия конкурентной среды. На основании п.3.11.14 Документации признать Общество с ограниченной ответственностью «Синтег» Единственным участником закупки.
2. На основании абз.1 п.3.14.4 Документации признать победителем запроса предложений единственного участника Общество с ограниченной ответственностью «Синтег» и заключить с ним Договор.
