Заявкой участника является Анкета + коммерческое предложение с указанием модели, цены, технических характеристик, гарантийного срока и сроков поставки. Обязательно гарантийное сервисное обслуживание в течении 12 месяцев с момента поставки по месту нахождения торговой точки и наличие подменного фонда у Поставщика.
Доставка подменного оборудования должна быть включена в гарантийное обслуживание. Предложение должно быть подано на русском языке на фирменном бланке организации. Все цены должны быть выражены в российских рублях и действительны в течение двух месяцев. Стоимость Товара (работы, услуги) указана с учетом всех обязательных затрат и платежей (включая расходы на перевозку, загрузку, разгрузку, страхование, уплату таможенных пошлин, налогов, сборов и других обязательных платежей).
Организатор имеет право отказаться от всех полученных предложений по любой причине или прекратить процедуру в любой момент, не неся при этом никакой ответственности перед Участниками. |
