Comments:
1. Conclusion of the contract only in the standard version of PJSC "ChMK" without a protocol of disagreements (Appendix No. 2).

The validity of the TCH is at least 90 days.

6. We draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447 - 449 part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, art. 1057 - 1061 part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
