Payment terms:
1.Prices must be specified taking into account transportation costs.
Payment for works under this Agreement may be made by the Customer by handing over of promissory notes to the Contractor. The transfer of promissory notes is carried out by the act of acceptance and transfer. From the moment of the transfer of the promissory note, the Customer shall be deemed to have fulfilled its obligation to pay for the works.
3. Payment for the performed works, made by the Customer within 30 (thirty) banking days after signing of the acts on performance of works
Delivery terms:
1) Term of execution of works — 2 months (from the moment of signing of the contract)
4. Certification of engineering and performers on industrial safety of hazardous production facilities.
5. The warranty period is 12 months.
6. The contractor is obliged to carry out the work on its own. The involvement of third parties is permitted only with the prior written permission of the Customer.
At the request of the Customer
7. In the TCH proposal to specify the period of work execution, as well as to provide a local estimate.

9. To agree with the Customer PPR. 8. Personnel must be certified for this type of work.
