4 Contracts with subsidiaries of JSC "Cordiant" are concluded with the winner. If the supplier takes part in the auction, it means that he agrees, in case he is declared the winner, to conclude a supply contract according to the standard form of JSC "Cordiant" without a protocol of disagreement and to deliver on the terms specified in the purchase application.
5 When choosing a winner, preference will be given to participants who have offered the entire range at lower prices.
6 All prices in the offer must include all taxes and other mandatory payments, the cost of all related services, as well as all discounts offered by the supplier.
7 The price remains fixed for each of the positions and does not depend on the size. All products must strictly comply with the declared GOST standards and delivered in accordance with the terms of the contract
8 The validity period of the commercial offer is until the conclusion of the delivery contract. Delivery prices are valid for 1 year.
9 The participant must be a user registered in the Trade and Procurement system "B2B-Cordiant" on http://www.b2b-cordiant.ru in accordance with the established procedure and having the rights of a Participant in the System.
10 This procedure is not a tender or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The buyer has the right to refuse to carry out the purchase at any time from the date of its announcement, including after the deadline for accepting applications without imposing liability.
