WHEN FILLING IN THE PRICES FOR THE B2B CENTER, THE MAXIMUM PRICE OF THE GOODS AND MATERIALS IS INDICATED.
Mandatory conditions:
1. Participants attach a commercial offer in the form of JSC "Cordiant" in formats, *excel, *.pdf (on an official letterhead with the seal and signature of the head).
2. If the shopping center does not correspond to the organizer's catalog, the participant informs about it, the information is entered in the KP (the form is attached to the tender documentation). Information with parameters (A LINK TO the CATALOG, MATERIAL, COLOR, MODEL, ETC.) is indicated opposite each shopping center
3. A contract is concluded with the winner in the form of JSC "Cordiant". The catalog is an appendix to the contract.
4. In case of his victory, the participant agrees to the condition:
If the Supplier does not fulfill the terms of the contract in full or in part due to circumstances depending on him, the Buyer has the right to terminate the Contract unilaterally with notification to the Supplier 10 working days before the date of termination of the contract, and the Supplier undertakes to compensate the Buyer for losses in the amount of the difference between the residual value of supplies between the Buyer and the Supplier at the time of termination (the cost of goods not delivered to the Buyer before the end of the initially established term of the contract) and the cost of goods (for a comparable period of validity) of a new Supplier chosen by the Buyer to fulfill the terms of the contract at its discretion.
Comments:
1 Number of units.the ism corresponds to the applications of subsidiaries. Applications are sent after the conclusion of the contract.
2 The cost of the goods must include the cost of delivery to the consignee.

3 Goods are accepted for delivery after providing samples for approval and after passing production tests at JSC "Cordiant".
3.1. the participant sends samples (at the request of the organizer).
3.2. upon the fact of testing, a decision is made on the compliance of the goods and materials with the corporate standards of JSC "Cordiant".
3.3. the testing period is agreed upon before sending. The number of days can be changed by agreement of the parties
4. Preference will be given to the goods with the lowest cost, the most appropriate to the requirements of corporate standards of JSC "Cordiant".
5. All prices in the offer must include all taxes and other mandatory payments, the cost of all related services, as well as all discounts offered by the supplier.
6. The price remains fixed for each of the positions and does not depend on the size. All products must strictly comply with the declared GOST standards and delivered in accordance with the terms of the contract
7. The participant must be a user registered in the Trade and Procurement system "B2B-Cordiant" on http://www.b2b-cordiant.ru in accordance with the established procedure and having the rights of a Participant in the System.
8 This procedure is not a tender or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The buyer has the right to refuse to carry out the purchase at any time from the date of its announcement, including after the deadline for accepting applications without imposing liability.
