Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Non-cash payment. Advance payment is not applicable. The proposals contain an advance payment will not be considered. Deferment of payment 30 calendar days from receipt of the products to the customer's warehouse.
Delivery terms:1. Have a manufacturing date 2018g. 2. Warranty-no less than the manufacturer's warranty. At the time of receipt of the products by the buyer the warranty shelf life (storage) must be not less than 75% of the manufacturer warranty period. Quality of delivered products within the duration of the warranty period shall correspond to functional features (consumer properties) of the goods. In the event of a change in the quality of the product during the warranty period of storage (shelf life), the supplier is obliged to replace the defective products to a new expense. 3. Packaging requirements-products must be packaged in the manufacturer's packaging, which ensures safety during delivery. 4. Allowable tolerance of supplied products for each position +/-15%. 5. Delivery time is 30 calendar days after written claims of the buyer at the address of the provider. 6. The quantity to be delivered, the delivery time can be adjusted by the buyer depending on production needs. Non-selected by the buyer during the period of validity of the contract products not supplied by the provider and is not paid by the buyer. 7. The supplier undertakes to supply the products held mandatory certification or declaration of conformity in accordance with the applicable requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation. 8. Mandatory presence of the document confirming the quality of the product, the invoice, call tag or UPD at the moment of transfer of the goods to the buyer's warehouse. 9. Duration of the contract to 31.12.2018. 10. Products subject to input control, the results of which are reflected in the Act of input control.
