* Note:
1. If, based on the results of the purchase, the contract is concluded with the counterparty - the SME entity, then payment for the work performed is made within 15 working days from the date of the signing by the Customer of the acceptance certificate for the work performed (form KS-2).
2. If the price of the concluded agreement is less than 5 million rubles. with VAT, then payment for the work performed is made within 30 calendar days from the date of the signing by the Customer of the acceptance certificate for the work performed (form KS-2). |
