Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Prepayment of no more than 25% of the total cost of work under the contract
Delivery terms:1. The Customer's shopping center. Goods and materials not included in Appendix No. 5 to the TOR, but necessary for the performance of work are purchased and delivered by the Contractor on their own and at their own expense.
2. Machines and mechanisms (self-propelled/ large-sized) for the performance of work are provided by the Customer, at the expense of the Contractor. The contractor needs to reflect the planned number of machines. hours for each piece of equipment (Appendix No. 5 to the TOR).
3. The contractor may involve his own (leased) equipment.

Comments:
1. More detailed information is provided in the terms of reference.

2. With a commercial offer, you must send:
1. Completed offer card in Excel format;
2. Calculation of the contract price - Appendix No. 2 to the TOR in Excel format;
3. Schedule of work - Appendix No. 3 to the TOR in Excel format;
4. The procedure for providing work with materials, machines and mechanisms - Appendix No. 4 to the TOR – in Table No. 3.2. it is necessary to reflect the planned number of cars. hours for each unit of the Customer's equipment (in case of using the Customer's equipment);
5. Scanned copies of qualification certificates in accordance with the requirements of the TOR clause 3.1;
6. Scanned copies of permits in accordance with the requirements of the TOR p. 4.1, p. 4.2;
7. The completed company card according to the attached form;
8. Scanned copies of documentation according to the attached list;
9. Protocol of disagreements to the Customer's contracts, if there are disagreements.
10. A reference list about the experience of similar work, reviews, recommendations.

3. Criteria for choosing the best offer: availability of necessary documents for conducting business, work experience, quality, terms of work, cost, payment terms.

4. This request for proposal procedure is not a tender and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;

5. This procedure is also not a public competition and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
Thus, this request for proposal procedure does not impose on the Customer an appropriate amount of civil obligations.

6. The attached Contract is not a public offer, however, the terms of the Contract will be binding on the winner of the auction. A separate contract is concluded for the work on each lot.
