payment for the work performed is made by the Customer upon completion of the work on the basis of the delivery certificate signed by the Customer - acceptance of the work performed and the invoice of the Contractor within:
a) 30 calendar days from the date of signing documents confirming the fact of the work (stage of work), for contracts:
- with a contract price of up to 5 million rubles. with VAT (inclusive);
- with a single Contractor - an organization of the industry (no price limit);
b) 15 working days from the date of signing documents confirming the fact of the work (stage of work), for contracts:
- with SMEs.
c) 45 calendar days from the date of signing documents confirming the fact of the work (stage of work) by the contractor, and the provision by the contractor of the documents stipulated by the contract for contracts for the performance of work with a contract price of more than 5 million rubles. VAT included.
Payment for the delivered products is made by the Customer within
a) 60 calendar days from the date of signing by the Consignee of the positive act of incoming control after receipt of the Product of proper quality and in proper completeness and submission of the documents named in section 5 of the technical task,
- with a contract price of more than 5 million rubles. VAT included.
b) within 30 calendar days from the date of signing by the Consignee of the positive act of incoming control after receipt of the Product of proper quality and in proper completeness and submission of the documents named in section 5 of the technical task,
- with a single supplier - an industry organization;
- with a contract price of up to 5 million rubles. with VAT (inclusive);
c) 15 working days from the date of signing by the Consignee of the positive act of incoming control after receipt of the Product of proper quality and in proper completeness and submission of the documents named in section 5 of the terms of reference
- with SMEs (for any procurement method).
Venue of bidding:
This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
