Auto-extension

Payment terms:
Payment hereunder shall be made by the buyer upon completion of the supplier of his obligations under the contract within 30 (thirty) calendar days after the documentary evidence, to perform his obligations under the contract by the supplier, on the invoice issued by the Supplier account and invoice (if any) and receive the buyer documents identified in paragraph 9.1. the Treaty, as well as the original call tag (form Torg-12) invoice (form t-1)

and selected the winner: "OPTOVAIa KOMPANIIa "SPETsODEZhDA-A" OOO – (Bidder 2) (Антонова Е.А.) submitting a bid dated of 10.05.2018 15:26 totalling to 83 200,00 RUB (price incl. VAT)
Обоснование: 1. Признать заявки ООО «Техноавиа-Пермь», ООО «ОПТОВАЯ КОМПАНИЯ «СПЕЦОДЕЖДА-А» и ООО «МакВа Обувь» соответствующими требованиям документации запроса предложений в электронной форме.
2. Признать запрос предложений в электронной форме на приобретение спецобуви (тапочки текстильные) состоявшимся.
3. В соответствии с критериями оценки признать победителем и присвоить первый номер заявке от ООО «ОПТОВАЯ КОМПАНИЯ «СПЕЦОДЕЖДА-А».
4. Присвоить второй номер заявке от ООО «МакВа Обувь».
5. Заключить договор с ООО «ОПТОВАЯ КОМПАНИЯ «СПЕЦОДЕЖДА-А» на приобретение спецобуви (тапочки текстильные) в соответствии с требованиями, установленными документацией по запросу предложений в электронной форме, по цене договора – 83 200 (Восемьдесят три тысячи двести) рублей 00 копеек, в т.ч. НДС 18% - 12 691 (Двенадцать тысяч шестьсот девяносто один) рубль 53 копейки.
