Industry LLC asks you to consider offering a commercial offer for TMC.

To participate in the procurement procedure, please review the procurement documentation and send the following information:
1. A commercial offer completed under Appendix 1 form in Excel format;
Please note the instructions for completing the KP form.
2. Copies of documents confirming TMC's compliance with the requirements set out in procurement documents;
3. Copies of documents in accordance with Annex 3.

TMC is receiving at the Buyer's warehouse.
The products must be new, not used.
Analogs are not considered.

If questions arise regarding this procurement procedure, please formulate all questions in a single letter in time no later than 29 June 2021.

This procedure of requesting a proposal is not a contest and it is not governed by articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
This procedure is also not a public competition and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
Therefore, this request for offer procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligation on the Customer.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
