Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:1. payment of 100% on the fact of shipment within 15 business days
2. prepaid 25% final payment on the fact of shipment
Delivery terms:1. The price shall be include the cost of delivery to Magadan. The conditions of OBTAINING from a warehouse supplier.

2. Shipping costs are calculated separately and prescribe in KP on a separate line. Please, specify the total weight and volume of the products.

3. For each cargo space with commodities and materials packing list must be attached with the CMA and the inventory number (compulsory)
Before sending, you must send a photo of each package.

4. Warranty periods for CMA must begin to act as a minimum, from the date of receipt of the goods at the port of Magadan. The best option - from the date of products commissioning (one of these options is obligatory).
